My 9 Spring Wardrobe Picks

Spring time is here in Texas and the weather has brought some beautiful sunny days, which means lounging in the park or by the pool. So in honor of spring, I am going to share with you my 9 picks for spring. Most of which I own (and can attest to how awesome these pieces are), or they are similar items to some of my current favorites. So check it out below!

Floral Bodysuit// Ok I know this bodysuit is not your typical basic, but when I saw this piece I loved it! The mesh makes it very breathable especially when the weather becomes A LOT warmer. It will easily become a layering piece and the pattern is fun for the spring and summer.

Lace Bralette// I wear all the time! With almost everything and any style of clothing. Why? Because they are so comfortable and you don’t have to worry about wires poking you…can get an amen?!

Raw Hem Denim Skirt// This denim skirt I found from Madewell is the perfect denim skirt for my body type. I was not having to much luck when came to the denim miniskirt, because they were just sooo short and I hate being uncomfortable. Madewell came in and saved the day with a skirt made to the perfect length.

Floral Crop Top// Crop tops are a springtime staple for sure! This black and floral crop top by June and Hudson was a great addition to the wardrobe, as I expand my floral collection.

High Waisted Shorts// Find yourself a go to pair of high waisted shorts because if I am not at work I will be in some shorts. My favorite style is the Mom Shorts from Pacsun. My issue is that my butt is bigger than my waist, but those style of shorts work so well for me.

Austin Bootie// I have owned these booties for almost two years now and they have not given up on me yet! I have them in brown and what is so cool is that the color becomes distressed in the creases of the shoe, which brings out a whole new look over time. Also, I can wear them all year round, which is perfect!

The Backpack// I am loving the mini backpack trend that is happening and is a great alternative to a cross-body or your normal purse. Try this style out and also get a cream, white, or lighter color for spring rather than the typical black or brown bag.

Demi Boot Jean// This demi boot jean by Madewell inspired me to try and distress my own pair of jeans for the first time!! So I was successful and turned my $10 pair of flare jeans(I found at Zara’s end -of-season sale!) into a pair of distressed, demi cut jeans.

Daisy-Eau So Fresh// If you are in the market for a new fragrance I would highly suggest Daisy Eau So Fresh by Marc Jacobs. I have worn this fragrance for years and years and love it. It’s just the right mix of a light fresh scent with a hint of floral.
